Using the machine
Trimming bushes
As a general rule, bushes which
lose their leaves in the autumn
should be trimmed in June and
October. Bushes which do not lose
their leaves should be cut in April
and August. Cut when the bush is
dry.
1.
Mount the bush cutter blade 7
to the machine and take off the
bush cutter guard 6 .
2.
Press the switch-on lock 1 and
press the on/off switch 9 at the
same time to start the machine.
3.
Guide the bush cutter to the
bush and watch out for foreign
objects in or on the bush which
could damage the blades.
4.
As soon as the cutting perfor-
mance drops, re-charge the
tool. Avoid a complete discharg-
ing of the battery.
Cutting grass
The grass cutter can be used to cut
edges of lawns and small areas of
grass. Cut when the lawn is dry.

Mount the grass cutter blade 2
to the machine and take off the
grass cutter guard 3 .
2.
Press the switch-on lock 1 and
press the on/off switch 9 at the
same time to start the machine.
3.
Guide the grass cutter above the
ground.
4.
Watch out for foreign objects
in or on the grass which could
damage the blades.
