IT_CERTIFICATO DI GARANZIA
Il presente prodotto è soggetto alla garanzia legale a favore
dell’acquirente con specifi ca esclusione di qualsiasi ulteriore
garanzia convenzionale, per una durata di 24 mesi, decorrenti
dalla data di emissione della fattura e/o scontrino fi scale e con
modalità e termini previsti dalla legislazione vigente.
Fontanot S.p.A. garantisce da vizi apparenti ed occulti; garantisce
che il prodotto rispetta i requisiti dichiarati su cataloghi, dépliant e
sito internet uffi ciale dell’azienda.
Per avvalersi della garanzia è indispensabile il possesso della
fattura di vendita e/o scontrino fi scale.
La garanzia
NON si estende al deterioramento del prodotto dovuto
a normale usura ed inoltre NON si applica nei seguenti casi:
• uso non conforme ed improprio alle caratteristiche tecniche e
statiche,
• uso non conforme alle disposizioni contenute nelle istruzioni
d’uso,
• urti e cadute,
• esposizione a condizioni termiche ed ambientali inidonee,
• azione di agenti chimici,
• modifi che non autorizzate,
• installazioni e riparazioni non eseguite a regola d’arte, con idonei
attrezzi e nel rispetto delle normative locali,
• uso di componenti non originali,
• danni causati dalla mancata o errata manutenzione e pulizia da
effettuarsi periodicamente
• (vedi indicazioni pulizia),
• danni causati dal contatto con elementi o con particelle di
ruggine o di ferro presenti nelle adiacenze della ringhiera,
esempio:
molature o saldature di ferro, pezzi arrugginiti,
• danni per installazione non eseguite a regola d’arte
• qualunque atto o fatto che non sia imputabile direttamente o
indirettamente al venditore/produttore.
EN_CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
This product is covered by legal warranty in favour of the purchaser
with specifi c exclusion of any other conventional warranty for
a period of 24 months taking effect from the date of issue of
the invoice and/or till receipt and on the terms and conditions
according to the legislation in force.
Fontanot S.p.A. guarantees that the product is free of apparent or
latent defects and that it meets the requirements declared in the
catalogues and brochures and on the offi cial company website.
To take advantage of the warranty, the purchaser must present the
sales invoice and/or till receipt.
The warranty does
NOT extend to deterioration of the product due
to normal wear and in addition is NOT applicable in the following
cases:
•
improper use not according to the technical and static
characteristics,
• use not according to the instructions for use,
• impact and dropping,
• exposure to unsuitable thermal and environmental conditions,
• action of chemical agents,
• unauthorised modifi cations,
• installations and repairs not carried out in a workmanlike manner
with suitable tools and in compliance with the local regulations,
• use of non-original components,
• damage caused by failed or incorrect periodic maintenance and
cleaning (see cleaning instructions),
• damage caused by contact with elements or particles of rust or
iron present in proximity of the railing, for example, grinding or
welding of iron, rusty parts
• damage caused by unworkmanlike installations,
• any act or fact not directly or indirectly attributable to the seller/
manufacturer.
FR_CERTIFICAT DE GARANTIE
Le présent produit est couvert par la garantie légale en faveur
de l’acheteur, à l’exclusion spécifi que de toute autre garantie
conventionnelle, pour une durée de 24 mois à compter de la
date d’émission de la facture et/ou du ticket de caisse, selon les
modalités prévues par la législation en vigueur.
La société Fontanot S.p.A. garantit que le produit est exempt
de tout vice apparent ou caché et présente les caractéristiques
déclarées sur ses catalogues, ses dépliants et son site internet
offi ciel.
Pour bénéfi cier de la garantie, il est indispensable d’avoir en sa
possession la facture de vente et/ou le ticket de caisse.
La garantie NE COUVRE PAS la détérioration du produit due à
une usure normale et NE S’APPLIQUE PAS non plus dans les cas
suivants :
• utilisation impropre et non conforme aux caractéristiques
techniques et statiques,
• utilisation non conforme aux dispositions mentionnées dans le
mode d’emploi,
• chocs et chutes,
•
exposition à des conditions thermiques et ambiantes non
appropriées,
• exposition à des agents chimiques,
• modifi cations non autorisées,
• installations et réparations n’ayant pas été effectuées dans
les règles de l’art, avec des moyens adéquats et selon les
réglementations locales,
• utilisation de composants non d’origine,
• dommages causés à la suite d’un entretien et d’un nettoyage
périodiques inexistants ou erronés (voir indications pour le
nettoyage),
• dommages dus au contact avec des éléments ou des particules
de rouille ou de fer dérivant par exemple d’opérations de
meulage ou de soudage de fer ou de la présence de pièces
rouillées à proximité du garde-corps,
• dommages dus à une installation n’ayant pas été effectuée dans
les règles de l’art,
• tout acte ou événement non imputable directement ou
indirectement au vendeur/fabricant.
DE_GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSSCHEIN
Dieses Produkt unterliegt 24 Monate ab dem auf der Rechnung
oder auf dem Kassenzettel angegebenen Ausstellungsdatum
einer Gewährleistung zum Schutz des Kunden mit Ausschluss
jeglicher weiteren Garantie. Es gelten die gesetzlich festgelegten
