Mixing Dry and Packaged Products
Recirculation Instructions for both Liquid
and Dry products.
Valve #1 (3 way ball valve on suction side of pump) in the fol-
lowing instructions is part of the Optional Recirculation package
and is not included with the package you purchased.
Before turning on your pump, ensure that valve #1 is set to
receive fresh water, that valve #2 (agitation valve) is open
and that all other valves are closed.
Turn on your pump and begin the flow of water.

Turn valve #1 to receive product from the bottom of the
Handler. (See Fig. H3P-5.4)
Slowly pour dry or packaged products into the Handler tank.
Allow ample water to product ratio to prevent product from
clogging.
If more water needs to be added to the tank, turn valve #1 to
receive fresh water.
NOTE: Repeat above steps until desired amount of mix-
ture is attained.

Once the desired mixture is achieved, turn off valve #2 to
prevent continued recirculation.

Turn valve #3 to send the mixture to the sprayer. (See Fig.
H3P-5.5)
When tanks contents has drained from the Handler tank,
replace the lid, turn off valve #3 and turn valve #1 to receive
fresh water. Turn on the valve to activate the RotaFlush
tank rinser (not shown).
To drain rinsate from tank, first close rota flush valve and
follow steps #4, #7 and #8. (See Fig. H3P-5.5)
Once the tank has been cleaned and drained of all product
residue, turn valve #1 to receive fresh water and with all
other valves closed except for valve #3, allow water from
the source to continue filling the sprayer tank.
When the sprayer is full, close valve #3 and stop the pump
at the source. This will terminate all fresh water entering
the system. The adding procedure should now be complete.
