User instructions
General usage:
1. Insert the plug into the socket (usually found at the motor of the device), the display
will now be activated.
2. MANUAL will be the first program in the main menu. By means of the PROGRAMS
key you can switch between the different programs, namely the various pre-
programmed programs, H.R.C. Programs and BODY FAT programma.
3. With the USER key user programs can be entered, this involves creating your own
training program.
4. The safety key must be on the treadmill, otherwise the treadmill will cause a
malfunction and will not work.
MODE Confirm
PROGRAMS For navigating between the programs.
STOP Stop the training or return to the previous screen.
START Start or pause the current training.
UP / DOWN Filling in data or changing the speed and inclination.
FAN Turning the fan on or off.
USER Selecting user program.
SHORTCUTS With the shortcuts, the speed and inclination can be easily and quickly
adjusted.
