The assistance levels REG1 and REG2 under
Off act as recuperation levels. A low recuperation
level is activated for REG1, and a high level for
REG2 .
Both levels can be activated when riding uphill . A
slight braking effect of the motor will be discernible.
Recuperation only begins to work once the bat
-
tery level drops below 90% .
The grey bars on the left and right indicate how
much power is currently being recovered . If the
bars are grey all the way to the top, 6A of power
are being returned to the battery .
If recuperation while braking is activated (settings
menu -> My FLYER -> Recuperation), recuper-
ation will also be activated when the brakes are
applied .

is proportionate to the rider‘s performance . The
higher the motor performance, the lower the ri

der’s performance.
(Because the torque is mea

sured in the back wheel, the rider’s performance
and calorie consumption cannot be accurately
determined .)
