Restart the machine:

Exit ColorPro.

Shut down the computer.
3-
Press the reset switch on the
front of the keyboard tray.
4-
Wait 30 seconds.

Turn the computer back on.
If the problem still persists, call
Customer Service.
There is no power.

turned on?
Make sure the power cord is
plugged in. Replace the power
cord is damaged.
Check the circuit breaker
Turn on the surge protector;
