This sections explains how to adjust the weight bench for correctly executing your workout exercises. The
backrest can be adjusted into seven positions; -19, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75 degree. The upper leg foam pads
can be raised into eleven positions and the lower leg pads can be extended for extra support.
ADJUSTING THE BACK REST
To adjust the position of the back rest pull the
adjustment knob indicated with arrow 1. Then slide
the knob toward the desired assembly as shown in
the drawing with arrow 2. When the knob is above
thew hole of the desired position the knob can be
released.
Make sure that the adjustment knob is
engaged in one of the holes before (re)starting
your workout session.
EXTENT THE LOWER LEG PADS
To extent the lower leg pads simply grab the pads
and fold them down.
ADJUSTING THE UPPER LEG PADS
To change the height of the upped leg pads remove
the U-pin from the frame indicated with arrow 1.
Then set the desired height of the upper leg pads
shown by arrow 2. When you have reached the
desired height secure the postion by placing the
U-pin into frame.
Make sure that the U-pin is
engaged in one of the holes before (re)starting
your workout session.
