4. Use
Step 3
1.
Assemble the U-shape wheel bracket (M-15) to the left crank arm (L-L). Place
the bracket underneath the wheel and rail. Then fasten bolts (L-16) with washers
(L-17).
2.
Repeat the previous step for the right crank arm (L-R).
3.
Assemble the wheel covers (L-6) by fastening screws (L-7).
