Constant watt training
In the workout menu choose the
icon for the constant watt program.
Select the watt target with the selection knob and confirm with
ENTER
. The maximum value
that can be selected is
350 WATT
.
The next step is setting the trainings duration (TIME) with the selection knob.
Press
START/STOP
to begin the training.

Other functions
BODY FAT
For analyzing your body fat percentage the computer must be in the
STOP
mode. When in stop
mode follow the following steps:
1. Press the
BODY FAT
button and firmly grab the hand heart rate sensors.
2. The ---------- symbol displays. After 8 seconds your fat percentage (F) will appear with a
matching symbol. Also your
BMI
(B) will appear.
In the table on this page you can find which category represents which symbol.
It is possible that one of the follow codes will display on the screen.
E-1:
This occurs when there is no heart rate signal input detected.
E-4:
This occurs when FAT % and / or BMI result is below or exceeds the maximum values.
After the analysis you can press the
BODY FAT
button to return to the training menu
