It's possible to select different baud rates depending on the application.
Options:

9600
•
4800
•
2400
Always select 4800 Baud when using build in PSTN or GSM modem.
Data format
Always select 8 data bit, 1 stop bit, no parity (default).
Connection type
Options:
•
Direct cable/opto (used as default to avoid communication before modem is connected. No specific
function implemented.
•
PSTN modem: Select if PSTN modem is connected.
•
GSM modem: Select if GSM modem is connected.
•
GPRS: Select if data transfer via GPRS network is wanted.
The type of modem must be selected, also if the communication board is connected to the modem via bus.
Mode
Options:
•
MASTER: Default selection
•
SLAVE: Selected when the communication board is not connected directly to a PSTN/GSM modem,
but connected to another communication board by bus.
