1. Wait until you are ready to perform the full
Clean-In-Place Procedure (130 minute
procedure) before filling the tank. When
ready, mix two packets (4 oz total) of Stera-
Sheen® Green Label with four gallons of
warm water (108°F / 42°C) until dissolved.
Pour approximately 16 oz. of sanitizer
solution into a spray bottle.
2. Disconnect the sanitizer line by pressing the
lever on the Sanitizer Tank fitment and
pulling the sanitizer supply line free.
3. Remove the Sanitizer Tank from the
cabinet.
4. Set the Sanitizer Tank upright and remove
the cap.
5. Fill the Sanitizer Tank with sanitizer.
NOTE: SET ASIDE THE REMAINING
SANITIZER SOLUTION FOR THE CLEAN-IN-
PLACE PROCEDURE.
6. Reinstall the cap and tighten sufficiently.
Slide the Sanitizer Tank into the cabinet.
7. Reconnect the sanitizer supply line to the
Sanitizer Tank.
NOTE: THE FCB SYSTEM HAS A PUMP
FLUSH ADAPTER LINE THAT CONNECTS
DIRECTLY TO THE TANK. KEEP THIS
LINE CONNECTED TO THE TANK SO
THAT SYRUP LINES CAN BE FLUSHED.
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO FLUSH THE
LINES, CONNECT THE FLUSH ADAPTER
TO A SYRUP LINE AS SHOWN BELOW.
