WATERPROOF ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
POWER CABLE INFORMATION:

3 wire Cable according to the USA standard color Green (GND), Black (Line), white (Neutral).

16 AWG up to 10A, AC 110v. The use of a dedicated power source is recommended. GFCI protected 15A.

Waterproof connector is prewired with plastic leads that will need to be replaced upon connection. Once
connected, make sure the waterproof connector is contained inside the unit. All future services can be done
from within the unit after this step.
WATERPROOF CONNECTOR:
The vent free power cable is provided with a waterproof connector. Use this connector to install the GFCI
protected home power source. The following pictures are showing the waterproof connection and how to open
it. Your power source cable should run to either an outdoor GFCI switch power source, outdoor digital or analog
timer, or something similar in order to protect your components and allow you to safely operate your fireplace.
