5.3 Ball valves
Note:
Shut-off valves must always remain open and be secured against unintentional closure. They may only be
activated by qualified specialist personnel!
The ball valves must be fully open for the system to operate.
Ball valve settings and operating states:
Pos. 1) Setting 0°; ball valve open
Pos. 2) Setting 90°; ball valve closed
Note:
Handles can be removed and should be aligned according to the operating state (pos. 1; 2).

6. Flushing and filling
Prior to the connection and commissioning of the station, the entire system must be
thoroughly flushed.
Once the system has been filled, it must be deaerated and topped up as required.
Check all connections for leak-tightness and tighten them if necessary. Ensure all threaded joints are
locked tight.
