5.2 NexusValve Vertex DN25 (in secondary circuit)
Configuration:
The configuration of the NexusValve Vertex provides for flow reading, presetting and a shut-off function in a single
unit. The control spindle in the integrated ball valve is set independently of the ball valve shut-off function. This
makes it possible to shut off and reopen the system flow without changing the valve setting. To shut off the
system, simply rotate the valve handle through 90°. From the handle setting it is also easy to identify whether the
valve is in an open or closed position.

Measurement and setting:
The NexusValve Vertex comes with measuring
points for differential pressure measurement. Once
the NexusValve Vertex has been preset, the flow can
be tested with any standard flow meter (e.g. NV BC
Flowmeter).
To set it, simply use an Allen key to bring the control
spindle in the valve into the required position.
The scale on the valve handle at the top shows the
exact settings and is also easily readable from a
distance.
