TROUBLESHOOTING
The following information may assist in identifying a problem and rectifying it.
Problem
Cause
Solution
Console does not work
The plug is not connected
Connect the plug to the electrical outlet
The switch is switched off
Turn on the switch
The pcb won't turn on or it's broken.
Press overload protector or change PCB
Signal cable is not connected
Reconnect the signal cable or replace it
The computer is broken
Change your computer
Backlight is broken
Check the backlight cable or replace it
Not all information is
displayed
IC display unit is not properly
inserted
Re-insert the IC and solder or replace it with
a new one.
EMI gasket slides, not properly
adjusted
Reassemble the display
Tape is not working
properly
The belt is too tight or too loose
Adjust belt tension
The belt torsion is too large or too
small
Setting the torsion to the correct position
The tape has too much resistance
Adjust tape position or add silicone oil
The display shows “- - -”
Security key disconnected
Put the security key
The display shows “E01”
No signal
Reconnect the signal cable
Replace the signal cable
Change your computer
Install a new pcb
The display shows “E02”
Current overload
Disconnect the power and turn it back on
If the engine smells, change it.
If the PCB gives off an odour, change it
The display shows “E03”
Protection overload
Disconnect the power and turn it back on
If the engine smells, change it.
If the PCB gives off an odour, change it
Adjust belt position or add oil
