Hardware Configuration
Introducing the EasyGrid LT
4.1
The EasyGrid LT fiber optic temperature measurement system is designed for real-time monitoring of
transformer hotspot.
It can be configured to have 2, 4, 6 or 8 channels. Monitors can be daisy chained to a limit of 32 units,
which give the possibility to have up to 256 channels in a single system. Each unit has multiple serial
interfaces (1x USB and 1 x RS485) and 1x optional Ethernet communication port. Standard supported
communication protocols are Nortech and MODBUS. Optional supported communication protocols are
IEC-61850, IEC-60870-5-104, DNP3 and TCPIP-MODBUS.
