LOCKING THE OVEN CONTROLS
This function is to prevent accidental use of the oven (eg by children).
When locked, the controls are unresponsive and the oven will not turn on.
IMPORTANT!
This does not lock the cooktop controls.
To lock:

Press and hold until there is a beep
and the lock indicator
disappears.

The oven controls are now unlocked.
