Items   needed:   

1   -­‐   Assembled   Boat   
2   -­‐   7’   2-­‐Piece   Oars   
2   -­‐   Oar   Stops   
2   -­‐   Small   Oar   Locks   
2   -­‐   Split   Rings   
1   -­‐   Phillips   Screwdriver   (not   included)   

The   7’   2-­‐piece   oars   come   with   pre-­‐installed   oar   sleeves.      

1. Insert   the   Small   Oar   Locks   in   the   oar   stands   and   secure   with   the   split   rings.      
2. Assembly   both   7’   2-­‐piece   oars.   
3. Fit   the   oar   stops   onto   the   oar   sleeves.         
4. To   achieve   the   proper   posiNoning   of   the   oars,   there   should   be   about   3”   to   4”   between   the   oar   grips   at   their   closest   

posiNon.      The   distance   from   the   end   of   the   oar   handle   to   the   oar   stops   should   be   same   for   both   oars.               

5. Once   the   posiNon   has   been   determined,   Nghten   the   bolts   using   the   Phillips   screwdriver.

1   -­‐   12   Pound   Anchor   &   Rope   (Not   included)   

1. Tie   one   end   of   the   rope   onto   the   anchor   using   a   secure   knot.      Next,   thread   the   free   end   of   the   rope   through   pulleys   1   &   2,   

located   underneath   the   motor   mount.   

2. Insert   the   rope   between   the   bracket   and   pulley   3.   
3. Feed   the   rope   underneath   the   cargo   deck   and   seat   bar.      (Cargo   deck   and   seat   are   removed   for   illustraNon   purposes)      Insert   

the   rope   between   the   bracket   and   pulley   4.   

4. Secure   the   rope   in   the   rope   cleat.
