The FirstCall “Out and About” pendant is usually supplied with a FirstCall SIM card and pre-
programmed with all the Contact phone numbers. The SIM card remains the property of FirstCall
Medical Alarms and
must not be removed
from the pendant unless uuthorised by FirstCall. If FirstCall
reasnobly believes the SIM card has been removed from the pendant, FirstCall may cancel the SIM
account without further no�ce and issue an account for unauthorised usage.
If this happens the
pendant will not work.

The FirstCall SIM is supplied with sufficient credit for 12 months of outgoing calls in accordance with
the FirstCall “Fair Use” policy. Any number of incoming phone calls can be answered. The FirstCall SIM
Fair Use Policy is at www.firstcallmedicalalarms.com.au

A service account will be sent every 12 months to the nominated Email address. If the outgoing call
usage is in excess of the FirstCall “Fair Use Policy” an interim account may be sent. If any account
remains unpaid for more than 21 days an addi�onal no�ce will be sent to your nominated postal
address. If the account remains unpaid for a further 21 days, and unless we hear from you and some
arrangement is made for payment, the SIM account may be deac�vated without further no�ce.
If this
happens the pendant will not work.

To ensure that the system performs as designed, it must be operated, recharged, maintained, and
regularly tested in accordance with the informa�on contained in this Manual and other suppor�ng
documenta�on.
Use of the FirstCall Alarm is acknowledgement that you understand and agree to these condi�ons
which were also available to you at the �me of purchase in the FirstCall “Suitability Considera�ons”
document at www.firstcallmedicalalarms.com.au. If you do not agree to these condi�ons please
return the alarm equipment to FirstCall Medical Alarms within 30 days of purchase, for a refund of
money paid less delivery charges and SIM use charges.
