FirstCall will make changes to your Contact phone numbers for free for six months following the
ini�al purchase. To request a number change within this period, please contact us.
You can also make changes yourself by following the procedure below, but it can be quite tricky.
You need to be very careful not to make a mistake and enter an incorrect phone number.
To set a phone number -
Send the pendant the text message below.
Follow the format exactly -
it is case sensi�ve and has the comma.
To set a phone number, send:
xxxxxxAy,zzzzzzzzzz
xxxxxx is the six-digit order number on the back page of this manual.
y is the phone number posi�on 1-8
zzzzzzzzzz is the 10 digit phone number (inc. area code).
If successful the pendant will reply - yTEL OK!zzzzzzzzzz;
If the text format is incorrect the pendant will reply “invalid informa�on”.
Repeat the format for all the Contact phone numbers, each using a different number posi�on 1-8.
To delete a phone number, send:
xxxxxxAy,D
xxxxxx is the six-digit order number on the back page of this manual.
y is the phone number posi�on 1-8 that you wish to delete.
If successful the pendant will reply - xTEL OK!yyyyyyyyyy;
If the text format is incorrect the pendant will reply “invalid informa�on”.
