When the SoS bu�on is pressed, or if a fall is detected* the pendant will send text messages to 3 of
your Family and Friends or carers. The text messages will say that you need help, and they will also
show your GPS loca�on.
Your family and friends will know that you need help and, if they have a smartphone, they can see your
GPS loca�on on a Google Map on their phone.
A�er the text messages are sent the pendant will also make voice calls to up to eight Family and
Friends, one at a �me, un�l one person achnowledges that they can respond by pressing the 1-key on
their phone. They can also speak with you through the loudspeaker in the pendant.
You can also use the pendant to answer a phone call, and have a normal loud-speaking telephone
conversa�on.
There are some important things you need to know about the opera�on, ba�ery charging, tes�ng, and
poten�al limita�ons of the equipment. Please read this manual carefully, including the “Important
Informa�on” sec�on on the next page.
The pendant can store up to 8 Contact phone numbers listed 1-8. Text messages are sent to the first 3
Contacts when the SoS bu�on is pressed, or if the fall alarm is ac�vated. All 8 Contacts will receive
voice phone calls a�er the text messages are sent. The first Contact will also receive low-ba�ery text
messages when the pendant ba�ery is ge�ng very low.
