The FirstCall pendant has a fall detector which can trigger an alarm if it detects a fall event.
The Fall detector is
ac�vated if requested at the �me of ordering.
The fall detector can be
switched on and off, and the sensi�vity adjusted, by sending the pendant a text message.
If a fall is detected the pendant will beep for 15 seconds during which �me the call can be
cancelled by pressing the
side Cancel bu�on
for more than 5 seconds.
Your first 3 Contacts will receive a Fall Alarm text message and the pendant will then start making
phone calls to all Contacts, in exactly the same sequence as an SoS call.
The text message will say: Mdown! date & �me, speed.
To turn Fall Detec�on on and set the Sensi�vity level, send:
xxxxxxKLyyy
xxxxxx is the six-digit order number on the rear of this manual.
yyy is a number between 1 and 255. The higher the number the greater the sensi�vity.
A sensi�vity level of 045 is a good star�ng point.
The pendant will reply with; SET Low-g Threshold OK!
To turn Fall Detec�on off, send:
xxxxxxKL000
000 is three number zero’s
The pendant will reply with; SET Low-g Threshold OK!
If your text message is incorrect it will reply with “invalid informa�on”.
