10 Guarantee, responsibility 

Within 15 days of your purchase, the installation sheet must be signed and returned to 
FIRSTINNOV, along with the copy of your invoice. The products provided with the Kit 
Primaprotect (Batteries not included) are guaranteed for two years from the purchase date. 
If during the guarantee, a product is defective because of a manufacturing defect, 
FIRSTINNOV will fix or replace (at the appreciation of FIRSTINNOV) the device or its 
defective parts according to the conditions specified herein. FIRSTINNOV reserves the 
right to replace the defective products or their spare parts by new products, new parts, or 
parts revised in the factory.  The present guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts 
recognized as defective by the company FIRSTINNOV. All parts must be returned in their 
original packaging and shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense.
