CAUTION: REPLACE ANY CABLE OR BELT AT FIRST SIGN OF WEAR TO AVOID LIABILITY. CONSULT A LOCAL FIRST
DEGREE FITNESS DISTRIBUTOR IF UNCERTAIN.

Children should be properly supervised at all times when near the E316/ VX-2 and should never be left alone
to operate the indoor rower.
2.
When using the rower, it is recommended that comfortable clothing be worn that allows freedom of
movement, including shoes with non-slip soles. Long hair should be tied up to avoid contact with moving
parts. Allow sufficient space around the rower when in operation.
3.
Always fasten the foot straps before using the indoor rower and once finished, loosen the foot straps before
getting off.
NOTE:
THE E316 AND VX-2 ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES.
NOTE:
AFTER USE, ALLOW THE E316/ VX-2 TO SIT FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE STANDING UPRIGHT FOR STORAGE.
CAUTION:
DO NOT FILL THE TANK PAST INDICATION LEVEL ON THE TANK STICKER, SPILLAGE CAN OCCUR.

DO NOT INSERT FINGERS INTO THE WATER TANK, IMPELLER BLADES ARE SHARP!

Our safety guarantee is based on the user conducting routine checks on key components such as belts,
pulleys and bungee cords for signs of wear and tear.

Should defective components be identified, replace and/or keep the indoor rower out of use until it is repaired
by a qualified person. Parts distributors can be found on the First Degree Fitness website.
