9.3. Cleaning the oven’s baking chamber
Use a soft damp sponge to clean the stainless steel or aluminium plate
baking chamber, if necessary with a light, non abrasive detergent, being
careful that it does not splash onto any refractory surfaces.
If there are substantial deposit of grease or fat, remove them carefully
beforehand with a spatula.
Do not use abrasive detergents or corrosive materials, as it could
dull the stainless steel and would quickly remove the aluminium-coated
steel’s protective layer, causing it to become rusty in a short time.
Do not use jets of water as they could penetrate the switchboard
and damage to create a danger of electrocution and/or sudden start ups
of the equipment.
9.4. Cleaning the external surface
Use a soft damp sponge to clean, if necessary with a light non abrasive
detergent, the external surfaces made of stainless steel and/or coated
steel.
Do not use abrasive detergents or corrosives, as they could cause
the stainless steel and the coatings to become dull in the long term, and
thus cause the steel sheets to become rusty.
Do not use jets of water as they could penetrate the switchboard
and damage to create a danger of electrocution and/or sudden start ups
of the equipment.
