Check to see if the VOLUME BOOST INDICATOR  is “

N”. The red  LED on the left side of the +40dB 

VOLUME BOOST BUTTON should light. 

 

Check the AC Adaptor and make sure it is properly plugged into the ac power outlet and into the DC JACK 
on the phone. 

 

Noise, Static, Interferences while using the handset 

 

A filter may be required for homes with DSL line or near Radio towers.
