Upgrading by FTP

Enter the Upgrade interface:  Menu > Maintenance > Upgrade > FTP. 
Enter the FTP Server Address and click Upgrade.

NOTE:

NVR must be rebooted after upgrade to activate new firmware.

  Before you start

Configure PC and NVR to same 
Local Area Network before starting. 
Run the third-party software on the 
PC and copy firmware into the root 
directory of FTP.

Restore Default Settings

Enter the Default interface:  Menu > Maintenance > Default. Click OK.

NOTE:

All NVR parameters will revert to the default settings 

 

excluding the network parameters: IP address, 

 

subnet mask, gateway, MTU, NIC working mode, 

 

default route, and server port.
