Step 13: Install the Assembled Reflector Dome to the top of the Burner Head Assembly
Hardware Used:
F: Qt 3) M8 Wing Nut
G: Qt 6) M8 Flat Washer
a)
While supporting the heater, slide 1) M8 Flat Washer (G) over each of the
3 Barrel Bolts (E) on the top of the Head Assembly, then slide the assembled
Reflector over the 3 Barrel Bolts.
b)
Secure the Reflector to the top of the Burner Assembly using 3) M8 Flat
Washers (G) along with the 3) M8 Wing Nuts (F) and then tighten the wing nuts
securely.
Note:
You can also install the assembled reflector dome to the top of the Head
Assembly by tilting the heater on its wheels, carefully and securely resting it into
place on an angle which will allow you to complete the assembly.
Step 14: Connect the LP Hose and Regulator to the LP Cylinder Tank
Hardware Used: None
With the bottom of the Tank Housing lifted up and resting on the Post Supports, screw the Regulator (5) onto the
Gas Hose (3). Do not cross thread. Hand tighten securely. Attach Regulator (5) to the valve on LP cylinder and
hand tighten securely.
Note: The LP cylinder tank is sold separately. Use a standard 20 lb. propane cylinder only.
NOTE
: Use this heater only with a propane vapor withdrawal supply system. See
chapter 5 of the standard for storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas,
ANSI/NFPA 58. Your local library or fire department should have this book.
