DISPOSING OF THE BATTERIES
Batteries are considered "toxic-noxious" waste.
To dispose of them, they must only be given to assigned collectors who have authorisation and who
show this authorisation upon request. In case of impediment, the "temporary storage" must comply
with current laws, and mainly:
Be in possession of the temporary storage authorisation
Store in sealed plastic containers with a capacity of not less than the volume of the electrolyte
contained in the batteries or, however, in such a manner that rainwater cannot penetrate the
container
replacing the squeegee blades
The squeegee blades must be replaced when the contact edge is worn;
the edge must be perfect for perfect drying. To replace the blades,
1.
Bring the squeegee support to the high position, remove the vacuum pipe from the squeegee
(fig. 10) and partially loosen the screws
2.
Remove the squeegee from the machine and place it on a bench.
3.
Remove the screws from the front and back of the squeegee, then the steel straps and the worn
rubber blades
4.
Now operate in the reverse order to assemble the new blades and adjust the squeegee.
