4.7.10    TILTING THE FAIRING 
 

For easy access and maintenance on the electrical system, the BIG 38/48 machine features a system that 
allows the front fairing housing the electrical system to tilt forward. 
 
The front fairing is tilted as follows: 
 

  remove the key from the dashboard to avoid accidentally starting the machine; 

  unscrew the knob (detail 1 fig 4.15); 

  tilt the fairing forward (detail 2) until it stops, taking care not to let it stop abruptly; 

  carry out the necessary maintenance or repairs. 

  following the reverse procedure to restore the machine.
