Switch off the DMLP Digital Monitor on keypad (par.5.3.3.1) and

remove the SD Card from its slot. Disconnect the equipment from

the mains for some seconds and re-connect it using the keyboard.

Check that thermal paper has been properly installed.

Using TEST function (par. 5.3.3.12) check the instant battery printer
