BEFORE OPERATING - LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
ON/OFF
Press once to turn on iQue controller. “Blue Ember
by Fiesta” introduction screen will appear before
prompting user for “lighting instructions”.
Prompt will appear as shown:
“In order for iQue functions to operate, please light
gas grill using lighting instructions on grill or in
manual.”

USER SHOULD NOT PERFORM LIGHTING
INSTRUCTIONS WHEN THE IQUE
CONTROLLER IS STILL TURNED ON.
NOTE 2: iQue controller performs best when operating
main burners on “hi”.
NOTE 3: rotisserie and side burner are not operated by
the ique controller, these operate independantly under
seperate control.
NOTE 4: This outdoor appliance has been designed to
operate without the use of the iQue control system.
IN ORDER TO OPERATE THE IQUE
CONTROLLER, THE USER MUST FIRST IGNITE
THE GAS GRILL USING THE LIGHTING
INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE REFER TO YOUR
“OUTDOOR BARBEQUE/GRILL ASSEMBLY
MANUAL/USE & CARE” FOR LIGHTING
INSTRUCTIONS.
NOTE 1: After lighting instructions prompt is shown
on screen, push to turn off iQue controller
manually or wait 8 secs for iQue controller to power
off automatically. Lighting instructions can now be
performed.
After following the lighting instructions the iQue controller
will restart and be ready for operation. If controller fails to
power on automatically, push to manually power on
the iQue controller.
In order for iQue functions to

using lighting instructions on
grill or in manual.
NOTE
Do not use ignitor during setup or during operation
of iQue controller. Please follow lighting
instructions as found in this manual or on grill.
