Tank Level indicator displays
"Reading" constantly and/or
no tank level reading being
indicated
•Natural Gas model
•Natural Gas models do not utilize this function, gas
is constant and always full in NG models.
•Propane cylinder not installed
•install Propane cylinder - refer to your "Outdoor
Gas Barbecue/Grill assembly Manual/Use & Care"
for instructions
•Propane cylinder not installed
properly into tank caddy
•Check that propane cylinder is installed and
inserted into tank caddy as shown in manual and
that it is sitting completely upright. Improper
assembly and installation will result in improper
readings for your propane level. For the tank level
indicator to work as desired, tank bottom should be
clean and free of rust, debris, or sharp edges.
Without a clean positive contact the tank level
indicator may not pick up readings or will give
improper readings. If no reading or improper
reading, please ensure that the tank bottom and
tank sensor button are cleaned before placing tank
back into position.
