Disconnect the following from the return 

manifold: the fuel return pipe from the in-

jectors (1), the fuel return pipe from the 

pressure pump (2) and the fuel return pipe 

from the filter (3). 

Disconnect the electrical connection from 

the fuel temperature sensor. 

Acting on the fixing nuts, move the return 

manifold aside. 

Loosen the fixing band and disconnect the 

fuel inlet pipe.
