1. Unscrew the bolts fastening both sections
of the fuel supply manifold and remove the
first section (1).
2. Unscrew the fuel manifold retaining bolts
and the bolts fastening the second section
of the intake manifold to the engine block
and remove.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines and remove the
manifold together with injectors.
4. Then remove the injectors as follows:
- Disconnect electrical connection (1).
- Remove the safety clip (2).
- Remove press-fitted injector (3).
A
Never pull the electrical connection
to remove the injector.
Before refitting, check the seal is
undamaged.
