14 Fault correction

Problem

Cause

The machine will not run No power supply Check the safety fuses and the
power cords
Worn brushes Replace the brushes
Stuck switch Press the unblocking button
When overloaded Check the safety fuses
The cut is not clean; the
chain goes to the side Moves into cut too far Reduce the movement
Blunt tool Sharpen the chain or replace it
with a new one
The chain is not sharpened
properly Replace the chain with a new
one
Strong force required to move
the machine into the cut The supporting area of the runner
is dirty Clean it
