Please note the following points:
S
In order to guarantee economical and reliable operation, the fine/micro filter
should be operated in the differential presssure range up to 350mbar.
S
The necessity to replace the contaminated filter cartridge can be recognized in
advance by a suitable switching point setting less than 350mbar.
S
The differential pressure in the fine/micro filter depends on the flow and on
the degree of contamination. If the quality of the compressed air remains un
changed and if the flow remains constant, fixed intervals can be planned for
replacing the filter cartridges.
S
The basic pressure ascertained depends on the system and the flow. Excessive
flow or an incorrectly dimensioned system can lead to a high basic pressure.
This reduces the measuring range to the recommended switching threshold of
350mbar (maximum pressure).
S
A higher set value with the time−constant measured value smoothing helps to
switching signals which have been incorrectly output due to flow jumps
(e.g.when the system is switched on). The measured value smoothing applies
only to the switching output. The analogue output on the product designs

Resetting the device to the f actory setting
(also if the security code cannot be found)
Please note
The current settings will be lost after a reset to the factory setting.

If necessary, make a note of these settings before a reset.
In order to reset the device to the factory setting:
1. switch off the operating voltage
2. press all three setting elements simultaneously (UP/DOWN button and EDIT
button) and switch the operating voltage on again.
