TE ACH mode (only possible with set unit %")
In the TEACH mode the basic pressure is ascertained from measured differential
pressure values within a time interval. The basic pressure must be ascertained
when the fine/micro filter is first commissioned.
Please note
When the filter cartridge has been replaced, the basic pressure need not be
ascertained again. The basic pressure must be ascertained again only if the
conditions of use for the fine/micro filters have been modified (e.g. if the
device is fitted into a new system or if modifications have been made to the
compressed air system).

Proceed as follows:
1. Commission the system.
Wait until pressure fluctuations in your system have been reduced to a
minimum.
2. In order to start the measurement, press first the DOWN button, then also the
EDIT button.
5 segments in the bar display flash. The differential pressure is measured
continuously. If the measurement is not concluded after max. 15 minutes, the
device will return to the RUN mode without modification.
3. In order to conclude the measurement, press the DOWN button again, then
also the EDIT button.
The device is then in the RUN mode again.
The basic pressure is calculated from the differential pressure values
measured and saved. The display shows 0% contamination. If there is an error,
Err" will be shown (
è section 9, Eliminating faults).
