Installation

4.1 Load voltage connection (additional supply)

As from hardware status HW 0105, the setting of a DIP
switch determines the connection via which the load volt­
age supply for the outputs (valve solenoid coils) is pro­
vided, see section 4.2.

Depending on what you have ordered, the following is set:

Configured valve terminal with additional supply 
(order code AZ): 
Factory setting: Load voltage supply via separate load
voltage connection (

).

Connect the additional supply with a cable socket type
ASI-SD-FK... to the load voltage connection. 
Valves can be switched off during EMERGENCY STOP.

Configured valve terminal with additional supply 
(order code AS): 
Factory setting: Load voltage supply via AS-Interface
bus (

).

Sel the load voltage connection with a blanking plug
type ASI-SD-FK-BL (max. 0.3 Nm).

Electric sub-base as individual part or spare part 
(type CPV..-GE-ASI-4-Z):
Factory setting: Load voltage supply via separate load
voltage connection.

If necessary, configure the load voltage supply with
the DIP switch, see section 4.2.
