Operation
WARNING: Always be sure that the product is switched off and
unplugged before performing any of the
following operations.
Locking the spray gun trigger
WARNING: The spray gun trigger (12)
should be locked before preparing the
spray station to ensure the trigger (12) is not
accidentally pressed.
1) To lock the trigger (12), rotate the trigger locking
switch (19) backwards towards the rear end of the
spray gun (15) until it stops (Fig. C1).
2) To unlock the trigger (12), rotate the trigger locking
switch (19) forwards towards the trigger guard (11)
until it stops (Fig. C2).
Priming the pump
1) Separate the suction pipe (7) from the return pipe
(3), then:
• Place the suction pipe (7) inside a full container of
paint.
• Place the return pipe (3) into a waste container (Fig.
D1).
2) Set the prime/spray switch (2) to “prime” position
(Fig. D2).
3) Turn on the machine by pressing “I” on the On/Off
switch (9) (Fig. D3).
4) Allow pump to run for about 60 seconds until you see a steady stream of
paint coming out of the return pipe (3) and into the waste container.
5) Set the prime/spray switch (2) to “spray” position (Fig. D4). Keep the suction
pipe (7) always in the surface of the paint.
