FenderMusicalInstrumentsCorporation(“FMIC”)warrantsthisFenderbrandinstrument
tobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaslongasitisownedbythe
originalretailpurchaser,exceptthatpickups,switches,jacks,controls,allotherelectronic
components,tuningmachines,hardware,pickguards,platedsurfaces,gigbags,casesand
casehardwarearewarrantedforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateoforiginalpurchase.
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased
fromanAuthorizedFenderDealerandissubjecttothelimitationssetforthherein.

FenderhasestablishedanetworkofindependentAuthorizedFenderServiceCentersfor
warrantyservice.TheFenderDealerfromwhomyoupurchasedyourinstrumentmay
alsobeauthorizedforwarrantyserviceandshouldbethefirstpointofcontactwhen
service of any kind is required for your Fender instrument. To receive warranty service,
returnthecompleteinstrumenttoanAuthorizedFenderServiceCenter,withyoursales
receiptasproofofpurchase,duringtheapplicablewarrantyperiod.Defectivecomponents
thatqualifyforcoverageunderthiswarrantywillberepairedorreplaced(atFender’s
discretion)withoutcharge.RemediesbeyondnormalservicerepairofanyFender
instrumentrequirebothanevaluationandconfirmationofthedefectandadirect
recommendationtoFenderfromanAuthorizedFenderServiceCenterforalternative
considerations.Alltransportation,insuranceandfreightchargesassociatedwithwarranty
