Position the end caps (276756B and 296115B) on the cart aligning with the correspond-
ing bolt holes. Secure the end caps (276756B and 296115B) using 3/8”-16UNC x 3/4”
large flange capscrews (95585), 3/8”-16UNC large flange nuts (91263), and 1/4”-14 x 1”
self-drilling screws (9512) (FIG. 1-167).

Attach endcap vent cover (9009504) with 1/4”-14 x 1” self-drilling screws (9512).

Latch Plates & Deflectors
1. Locate latch plates (273364 - Front;
273365 - Rear) flush with the top
of the right-hand vertical cart panel.
Secure using 3/8”-16UNC x 1” torx
head machine screw (9005312) and
3/8”-16UNC flange nuts (91263).
2. Attach the deflectors (9005307) to
the pre-drilled holes in the right-hand
sideboards with 1/4”-20UNC x 1” self-
threading screws (9004355) and 3/8”-
16UNC flange nuts (91263). FIG. 1-168
