• Damage to scale spindle wiring harness will cause scale to work improperly.
1. Locate the axle on the bottom-rear
shipping bundle.
2. Using a safe lifting device rated at
a minimum of 2,000 lbs. (909 kg.),
support the axle. Attach axle to the
bottom of the grain cart using sixteen
1”-8UNC x 3” capscrews (9390-187),
1” USS flat washer (9405-118), 1” lock
washer (9404-041), and 1”-8UNC hex
nuts (9394-020) (FIG. 1-11 & FIG. 1-12).
Torque hardware according to “Torque
Chart” located in this manual.
3.
Place additional supports rated at a
minimum of 20,000 lbs. (9,100 kg.)
near the end of the axle.

Sixteen 1”-8UNC x 3” Capscrews (9390-187),
1” Flat Washer (9405-118), 1” Lock Washer
(9404-041), and 1”-8UNC Hex Nuts (9394-020)
