Tank Assembly
• Loosely install hardware. Do not tighten until instructed to do so. This will allow optimum
fitment of the panels and braces.
• Make sure the grain cart is level.
1.
Use the panel lifting device provided and a safe lifting device rated at a minimum of
1,000 lbs. (454 kg.), loosely attach the front panels to the front of the cart with 3/8”-
16UNC x 1 1/4” carriage bolts (9388-052) and 3/8”-16UNC large flange nuts (91263).
DO NOT assemble any hardware in the center hole.
2.
The top of the middle-front panel must be 26 9/16” to the top of the front hopper
panel and level.
3.
Torque the front panels to the cart. See “Torque Chart” located in this manual.
