5.  Make sure the cutting block is on a stable surface before performing any 

maintenance or repair work. 

 

 

 

To remove the cutting block from the cabinet on model 225Ci: 
 

1.  Remove the 4 Allen screws that secure the cutting block to the noise isolators on the 

cabinet.

2.  Lift the cutting block with the motor out of the cabinet and place on a flat surface to 

protect the cutting cylinders. 
 

3.  Make sure the cutting block is on a stable surface before performing any 

maintenance or repair work. 
 

 

 

 

 

Motor   

 

 

The motor shaft turns the gear drive. 

 

If the motor gears or gearbox cover are defective, they can be replaced separately.  

 

If the motor is defective, it must be replaced. 

Note: If the motor shaft is broken /
