See figure 2. Attach the plastic brackets to the
light assembly using the 8mm allen head bolt and the 8mm
hex stop nut.

Determine the desired mounting location.
Scribe a drill position mark on the mounting surface.
CAUTION
Before drilling holes in ANY part of a vehicle, be
sure that both sides of the mounting surface are
clear of parts that could be damaged; such as brake
lines, fuel lines, electrical wiring or other vital
parts.

Drill a 1-1/32" mounting hole at the previously
scribed drill position mark.

See figure 2. To prevent the light assembly
from rotating, the pin block can be installed. If desired,
position the light assembly on the mounting surface and
mark the center of the notch where the pin block is located.
File a 3/16" radius notch at the marked location.

See figure 2. Secure the light assembly to the
mounting surface using the rubber washer, pin block (if
desired), and plastic nut.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS.
NOTE
The light is completely wired at the factory and
does not require additional internal wiring. All the
conductors necessary for control of all functions are
contained in the two-conductor cable.
The basic light function of the unit must be controlled
by a user-supplied flasher and switches. Before proceeding,
ensure that the light assembly has been installed on the
vehicle in accordance with the instructions.
WARNING
Light system controls must be located so that
the VEHICLE and CONTROLS can be oper-
ated safely under all driving conditions.

Route the user-supplied control cable into the
vehicle near the eventual location of the user-supplied
control head.
WARNING
To prevent personal injury and/or damage to
vehicle components, in the event of a short
circuit in the power cable, install a fuse in
each incoming cable conductor.
