Disassemble fastening screws (3), washers (2) and V-belt
guard (1).
1.
Check condition and tension of the V-belt, replace if neces-
sary.

Compression measurement:
5 - 10 mm (0.2 - 0.4 in).
2.
Replace a damaged V-belt.
1.
Slightly loosen the fastening screws (1) on both sides.
2.
Pull the engine carrier forward and take the V-belt off.
3.
Install the new V-belt and tighten it.
