DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
The machine does not contain any substances or parts that may be harmful to
human health or for the environment, as it has been manufactured using fully
recyclable or normally disposable materials.
CAUTION!
For demolition, contact a specialised firm or specially trained personnel,
aware of possible hazards, with a full knowledge of the contents of this
manual and who will strictly follow these instructions, and perfectly
informed on its characteristics.
Therefore, when the machine has reached the end of its working life, demolition
should be performed according to the following instructions, paying the utmost
attention and following all accident prevention regulations indicated in the
chapter:
•
isolate the machine from its electric, pneumatic, hydraulic power sources;
•
drain the hydraulic oil in the reservoir, in pipes and in the hydraulic power
station; the oil must be stored in tight containers and handed over to a
specialised centre for its disposal, in full compliance with the specific
regulations in force in the country where this machine is used;
•
remove the electric cables and hand them over to a specialised centre for
their disposal in full compliance with the specific regulations in force in the
country where this machine is used;
•
remove the rubber flexible piping of the hydraulic power station, the nylon
piping of the pneumatic installation, the electric switchboard, the flashing
warning light and any other plastic components and hand them over to a
specialised centre for their disposal in full compliance with the specific
regulations in force in the country where this machine is used;
•
hand over the remainders of the machine, after having removed the above-
mentioned parts, to an iron scrap disposal firm, following the specific
regulations in force in the country where this machine is used;
CAUTION!
Make sure however that each part of the machine is discarded according
to the laws in force in the country where this machine is used.
