•
Press simultaneously the lowering pushbutton (Ref.3-Fig. 6) and hooks
operation pushbutton (Ref.4-Fig. 6) coming to a full lowering. Lift and
lower by approx. 20 cm 4-5 times.
•
FOOTBOARDS LEVELLING: with the footboards fully lowered, operating
on the ropes nuts, lift the crosspieces from the base plates of the
columns by 15mm (Fig. 7). This must be the same for all sides.
•
Unscrew the ropes adjustment nuts by 4 turns. Mark nut and plate
(Ref.A-Fig. 7) to make sure to do this operation precisely.
•
If you realise that the footboards are not levelled when lifting the vehicle,
repeat the above operation.
•
The plate that operates on the limit switch is fixed on a protective casing;
therefore it must be mounted and adjusted in a way as to ensure correct
operation of the limit switch.
•
Once the lift is assembled, perform 1-2 full climbing and lowering cycles
to finish air discharge.
