WARNING
HYDRAULIC OIL CHANGE
Change hydraulic oil at least once in two years. Crane
hydraulic system has been filled with Teboil 46S hydraulic
oil at the factory. Oil temperature should not exceed 75°C
in summer, winter oil can be used all year round.
We recommend to use high pressure oil filter with indica -
tor (which shows, when filter element is dirty and needs
to be changed).
HYDRAULIC OIL REQUIREMENTS
• Freezing point must be below -50
oC.
• Viscosity must not be lower than 1.5 E
o
, +50
oC for
piston pumps and 2.5 Eo , + 50
oC for gear pumps.
• Hydraulic oil must contain the necessary additives for
lubrication, rust protection and defoaming.
MACHINE DISPOSAL
When the operating life for the machine has come to an
end it must be disposed by using the methods which are
the least hazardous for the environment.
Follow the next instructions:
1. Organize the machine to a scrap processing company
where it can be crushed under supervision.
If the machine cannot be taken to a scrap processing
company, act as follows:
1. Drain off the hydraulic oil carefully of the entire sys -
tem and transport the oil to a supervised waste oil
recycling center.
2. Take off all the rubber parts and transport them to
the scrap rubber collection point.
3. Transport the scrap metal to a scrap metal collection
point.
4. Take all electrical/electronic parts to an electrical
waste (E-waste) recycling point.
